DESCRIPTION:This is an in-person free event for anyone interested in learni
 ng about autonomous vehicles (AVs) to be delivered by a trainer from indus
 try. It will cover the underlying technologies of AVs\, such as vision and
  LiDAR sensors\, artificial intelligence (AI)\, simultaneous localization 
 and mapping (SLAM)\, path planning and control\, among others\, through gu
 ided hands-on activities using programmable robotic car models. Knowledge 
 of programming is helpful but not compulsory.\n\nAs spaces are limited by 
 the number of AVs available\, priority may be given to those who are IEEE
