DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Local Student Paper Contest invites students to develo
p and present a technical paper that proposes a practical solution to a lo
cal challenge. Participants are expected to identify a real-world problem
within their community\, analyze it from an engineering perspective\, and
propose a well-reasoned\, innovative solution supported by research\, data
\, and technical design principles.\n\nThe contest provides an opportunity
for students to strengthen their research\, technical writing\, and prese
ntation skills\, while showcasing creativity and problem-solving ability.
Submitted papers will be reviewed by a panel of judges\, and the top entri
