 er of attendees Drinks will be included. If there is a buffet and you need
  certain food\, you may order a special dietary meal such as vegetatian or
  gluten free but then you must skip the buffet. Make sure to note your spe
 cial needs when signing up so we can alert the facility. Non-alcoholic bev
 erages will be provided. There will be a Cash Bar.\n\nReservations are "Re
 quired"\, and the deadline is 11:00pm\, December 7th\, 2025. Due to reason
 s beyond our control\, we unfortunately cannot accept reservations after t
