DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Student Congress Meet 2025 is a dynamic platform joint
 ly organized by the IEEE SIGHT Student Branch Group (SBA04301S) and the IE
 EE Student Branch (STB04301) of Acropolis Institute of Technology and Rese
 arch\, Indore\, in collaboration with the IEEE MP Section\, the IEEE MP Se
 ction SIGHT Chapter\, and student branches across the region.\nThis congre
 ss brings together IEEE Student Branches from Indore and Bhopal for a coll
 aborative\, insightful\, and growth-driven experience.\n\nThe event will f
 eature a keynote expert session by Dr. Somesh Kumar\, Chair SAC\, IEEE MP 
 Section\, on the topic “Discover VTools: The Backbone of IEEE SB Managem
 ent”\, offering students a valuable understanding of IEEE operations\, v
 Tools reporting processes\, leadership roles\, and effective Student Branc
 h management.\n\nA major highlight of the meet is the Poster Showcase Acti
 vity\, where participating Student Branches will present their annual achi
 evements\, including conducted activities\, obtained grants\, vTools updat
 es\, and overall branch performance insights.\n\nAwards to be presented:\n
