DESCRIPTION:The Mesh Minds IoT Ideathon was one of the most creative and te
chnically enriching events of ARRIVAL’25. Designed to foster innovation
and teamwork\, the event encouraged participants to conceptualize and prot
otype solutions using the Internet of Things (IoT) to address real-world c
hallenges. With the theme centered around intelligent systems and smart co
nnectivity\, the Ideathon was divided into structured phases that allowed
students to brainstorm\, design\, and present working IoT-based solutions
within a limited timeframe. The event ran for a total duration of 3 hours\
, featuring active guidance from mentors and a dynamic environment of lear
ning and innovation.\n\nTotal Duration: 3 Hours\nPhase 1 – Setup & Domai
n Selection (10 minutes):\n• Welcome note and introduction to IoT tools
and platforms\n• Team formation and domain selection\n• Access to the
development platform and resource materials\n\nPhase 2 – Development Spr
int (110 minutes):\n• Parallel hardware and software development on assi
gned platforms\n• Continuous mentor support and technical guidance\n•
Integration of circuit design and program logic for final testing\n\nPhase
 3 – Presentations & Evaluation (60 minutes):\n• 5-minute team present
ations with live hardware simulations and software demos\n• Real-time Q&
A with the judging panel\n• Evaluation based on innovation\, feasibility
\, and real-world applicability\n\nImportant Rules & Regulations:\n\n-\nTe
am Composition: Each team must consist of exactly 3 members.\n\n-\nOrigina
lity: All circuits must be built from scratch in Tinkercad or Wokwi\; exte
rnal downloads were strictly prohibited.\n\n-\nTime Limit: A strict 3-hour
development and presentation window with no extensions.\n\n-\nPresentatio
n: A 5-minute live demonstration was mandatory for every team\, showcasing
their working prototype.\n\n-\nTools: Only the specified IoT simulation p
latforms were allowed.\n\n-\nPlagiarism: Any form of copying or duplicatio
n led to immediate disqualification.\n\nDomains Offered:\n\n-\nSmart Educa
tion Infrastructure\n\n-\nIntelligent Transportation Systems\n\n-\nPrecisi
on Agriculture Technology\n\n-\nDefense & Paramilitary Intelligence System
s\n\n-\nConnected Healthcare Systems\n\nThe event concluded with teams sho
wcasing remarkable innovation and creativity. From smart irrigation system
s to intelligent campus automation ideas\, the participants’ enthusiasm
and originality impressed both mentors and judges. Mesh Minds successfully
ignited an interest in IoT and embedded systems\, reinforcing ARRIVAL’2
5’s spirit of exploration and technological excellence.\n\nRoom: ECL-3\,
