DESCRIPTION:The IEEE CSTAM 2.0 Nano Mentoring Program was a mentoring initi
 ative organized in collaboration with the IEEE CS SYP Nano Mentoring\, IEE
 E CS ENICarthage SBC\, IEEE CS Tunisia Section Chapter and IEEE YP Tunisia
  Affinity Group and held during IEEE CSTAM 2.0 × IEEE CSTS 2025 on 22 and
  23 November.\n\nThe Nano Mentoring Program is designed to deliver short\,
  high-impact\, one-to-one mentoring sessions that connect students and you
 ng professionals with experienced industry practitioners\, researchers\, a
 nd academic leaders. Unlike traditional long-term mentoring models\, this 
 format focuses on concise\, targeted discussions\, allowing mentees to rec
 eive immediate\, actionable guidance on specific technical\, career\, rese
 arch\, or personal development topics.\n\nDuring IEEE CSTAM 2.0\, the prog
 ram was implemented through two structured mentoring sessions:\n\n-\nSessi
 on 1:\nDay 1 – 22 November\, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM\n\n-\nSession 2:\nD
 ay 2 – 23 November\, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM\n\nEach session followed a
  rotating one-to-one format\, where each mentor met approximately three me
 ntees per session\, with an average duration of 30 minutes per mentee. Thi
 s structure ensured focused discussions while allowing mentors to engage w
 ith multiple participants without overload.\n\nIn total\, the program invo
 lved 18 mentors:\n\n-\n13 mentors on Day 1\n\n-\n8 mentors on Day 2\n\n-\n
 3 mentors participated across both days\n\nThrough this setup\, the Nano M
 entoring Program benefited approximately 63 mentees\, who received persona
 lized guidance across a wide range of domains\, including:\n\n-\nSoftware 
 Engineering\, Full-Stack and Mobile Development\n\n-\nArtificial Intellige
 nce\, Data Science\, and Emerging Technologies\n\n-\nCloud Computing\, Dev
 Ops\, IoT\, and Cybersecurity\n\n-\nQuality Engineering\, Project Manageme
 nt\, and Leadership\n\n-\nCommunication\, Stress Management\, and Career D
 evelopment\n\nThe mentors were experienced professionals from industry and
  academia\, IEEE senior volunteers\, researchers\, and chapter leaders\, e
