 air’s Message\n\nDr. Padma Sai\, Chapter Chair\, highlighted the importa
 nce of organizing events that provide meaningful benefits to members. She 
 encouraged the team to plan upcoming activities by engaging members within
  their respective regions and student branches. This approach is intended 
 to enhance participation and ensure better accessibility for all members a
 cross the Hyderabad Section.\n\nDiscussion on Forthcoming Proposals\nSP Cu
 p Awareness Talk – Hyderabad Section\n\nAn SP Cup awareness session was 
 discussed with the objective of motivating members to participate in ICASS
 P 2026. The key focus of the discussion was the proposal to conduct the Si
 gnal Processing (SP) Cup competition under the IEEE SPS Hyderabad Section.
 \n\nIt was decided that the organization of the SP Cup awareness session s
 hould be coordinated in collaboration with Mr. Nanda Kishore\, MathWorks I
 ndia. This partnership is expected to provide essential technical support 
 as well as potential sponsorship for the initiative.\n\nAdditionally\, it 
 was highlighted that the 2026 Cycle 1 Member-Driven Initiative (MDI) deadl
 ine for proposal submissions is approaching in one week – Friday\, 21 No
 vember 2025. All Student Branches are requested to submit their proposals\
 , and those who were not selected in previous years are especially encoura
 ged to apply. Each proposal must be submitted with the signature of the re
 spective Chair.\n\nAny Other Matters..\n\nNo other matters were discussed 
 as there were no additional items brought up with the permission of the Ch
