 hcare technologies.\nHosted by the IEEE ESPRIT Student Branch and IEEE ESP
 RIT SIGHT Group \, in collaboration with the IEEE SIGHT Tunisia Section \,
  SDC 4.0 marked the fourth edition of this flagship IEEE event dedicated t
 o leveraging technology for social good.\nThis edition explored how techno
 logy can move beyond medical diagnosis to address learning accessibility\,
  spotlighting innovations at the intersection of medical engineering\, ass
 istive technologies\, artificial intelligence\, and inclusive education .\
 n\nThe congress featured a rich two-day program:\n- A Distinguished Lectur
 er session by Mr. Kostas Karpouzis (IEEE Education Society) on &quot;Gamificati
 on and Serious Games as Pedagogical Strategies in AI-Enhanced Education&quot;\n
 - Technical workshops covering AI\, software architecture\, and accessible
  learning\n- YP Mentoring Roundtables \, with 15 in-person and 2 virtual t
 ables connecting ~138 participants with mentors from academia and industry
 \n- Code2Cure 3.0 Technical Challenge \, where teams developed and pitched
  innovative tech solutions\n- A Non-Technical Challenge in which IEEE SIGH
 T Groups across Tunisia showcased their year-long humanitarian impact init
 iatives\n- A Humanitarian Panel Discussion on &quot;Smart Systems for Sustainab
 le Communities&quot; \, held in collaboration with IEEE CEDA Tunisia Section an
 d SIGHT Global\n- A Night Ceremony featuring a keynote\, awards\, and a ta
 lent show\n\nThe congress concluded with the announcement of IEEE ENIT SIG
 HT Group as the host of SDC 5.0 \, passing the torch to the next chapter o
 f the congress.\n\nImpact\nSDC 4.0 reinforced the role of IEEE SIGHT as a
