DESCRIPTION:The Cyber Secure Digital Token Platform project ([CSDT](https:/
/cyberchain.usal.es/es/investigacion/csdt)) of the Spanish National Cybers
ecurity Institute ([INCIBE](https://www.incibe.es/)) and the [University o
f Salamanca](https://usal.es/) is organizing the Innovation Workshop: Digi
tal Transformation in Finance\, Accounting\, and Legaltech\, next December
3rd and 16th\, to discuss topics such as the impact of Artificial Intelli
gence\, Blockchain\, and Tokenization in the financial and legal sectors.\
n\nAs part of the event\, on December 3rd the Spanish Chapter of IEEE CIS
hosts the special participation of Ganesh Kumar Venayagamoorthy\, an IEEE
member at Clemson University\, who will speak about Distributed Artificial
Intelligence in Smart Grids.\n\nGanesh Kumar Venayagamoorthy is a leading
authority at the intersection of electrical systems\, artificial intellig
ence\, and smart grids. His extensive research highlights the crucial need
for new technologies to be not only innovative but also efficiently susta
inable.\n\nMuch of his most influential work focuses on applying computati
onal intelligence (brain-like intelligence and neural networks) to manage
complex systems\, directly addressing sustainability challenges. Specifica
lly\, he researches how to integrate emerging technologies\, such as clean
energy sources and flexible loads\, into the power grid\, developing oper
ational and management systems whose main goals are cost optimization and
emissions reduction\, thus demonstrating that economic viability and envir
onmental responsibility must go hand in hand in the development of the ene
rgy infrastructures of the future.\n\nTherefore\, this Innovation Workshop
represents an opportunity to delve into the technologies that are redefin
ing the future of the financial\, legal\, and energy sectors\, where atten
dees will be able to understand how Artificial Intelligence\, Blockchain\,
and technological sustainability converge to build more efficient and res
 ponsible systems.\n\nSpeaker(s): Kumar\n\nRoom: Sala de Presentaciones\, B
