The stand was managed by both student volunteers and current board members\, w ho actively participated throughout the event. They provided information a bout IEEE’s mission\, membership benefits\, technical and professional r esources\, student activities\, and the different technical chapters avail able at EPN.\n\nThis year\, the Faculty granted our Student Branch a dedic ated space to showcase IEEE\, in recognition of the activities we organize d during the event—including bringing a Distinguished Lecturer to campus for an in-person session. Thanks to this support\, we were able to presen t and highlight the impact of IEEE\, project our initiatives\, and share o ur ongoing efforts to strengthen the academic and technical community at E PN.\n\nVisitors received guidance on how to join the Student Branch\, how to participate in ongoing projects\, and how IEEE can support their academ ic and professional growth. Many students stopped by the stand\, asked que stions\, and showed interest in upcoming IEEE initiatives\, workshops\, an d volunteer programs.
