DESCRIPTION:The IEEE UniTech Meetup: Uganda Students Convergence 2026 is a 
 national gathering designed to unite IEEE Student Branches across Uganda t
 o strengthen collaboration\, mentorship\, and professional growth. This co
 nvergence will bring together 50–70 students\, faculty advisors\, and Se
 ction representatives for a full day of learning\, planning\, and networki
 ng.\n\nThe event aims to co-create a unified 2026 roadmap for student acti
 vities\, develop strategies to establish three new Student Branches\, and 
 enhance leadership capacity across campuses.\n\nThrough mentorship panels\
 , breakout sessions\, and interactive activities\, participants will gain 
 insights into transitioning from Student Member to Young Professional\, ex
 plore career pathways\, and understand opportunities within IEEE. The meet
 up is also expected to support membership growth by recruiting at least 30
