 ion Committee Nomination\n\n-\nIt was reported that the eight senior IEEE 
 members within the chapter were contacted regarding serving on the electio
 n committee.\n\n-\nNo positive responses were received.\n\n-\nTwo alternat
 ive approaches were discussed:\n\n-\nCirculating a request for volunteers 
 via IEEE Engage.\n\n-\nPersonally requesting volunteers during the upcomin
 g AdCom meeting.\n\n-\nIt was noted that the election schedule may need to
  be revised. The final decision on updating the schedule will be left to t
 he proposed election committee once formed.\n\n2. AdCom Additional Topics\
 n\n-\nFinal adjustments were made to the presentation slides following the
  preparation meeting held on 14 November 2025.\n\n-\nThe budget topic coul
 d not be discussed as the Treasurer left the meeting early.\n\n-\nAddition
 ally\, uncertainties related to the ongoing election process contributed t
 o the postponement of the budget discussion.\n\n3. VTS Workshop\n\n-\nThe 
 Secretary provided a summary and explanation of selected topics from the V
 TS Workshop held during the summer.\n\n4. Webinars\n\n-\nThe committee dis
 cussed organizing regular monthly webinars.\n\n-\nAn initial list of poten
 tial (unsolicited) speakers will be compiled.\n\n-\nSpeakers will be reque
 sted to provide final confirmation once they are assigned a date in the sc
