DESCRIPTION:Introduction\n\nThe second session of the STEMinist Entrepreneu
 r series was successfully conducted on 29th April 2025 as part of an initi
 ative to inspire and empower young women in STEM and entrepreneurship. The
  event was organised by the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group of Sr
 i Lanka in collaboration with the IEEE Women in Engineering Student Branch
  Affinity Group of University of Peradeniya. The session featured Ms. Nilu
 sha Ariyasena as the guest speaker and was held at the University of Perad
 eniya.\n\nObjectives\n\nThe primary objectives of the session were to:\n\n
 -\nEncourage students to explore entrepreneurship within STEM fields\n\n-\
 nProvide insights into transforming innovative ideas into successful start
 ups\n\n-\nHighlight real-world experiences of a woman entrepreneur in STEM
 \n\n- Create a platform for knowledge sharing and mentorship\n\nEvent Over
 view\n\nThe session commenced at 11:30 AM with an engaging and insightful 
 talk delivered by Ms. Nilusha Ariyasena. She shared her insights into tran
 sforming STEM-based ideas into impactful entrepreneurial ventures. Through
  real-life experiences\, challenges\, and achievements\, she demonstrated 
 how passion\, purpose\, and perseverance could turn innovative concepts in
 to meaningful change.\n\nMs. Ariyasena spoke about the realities of entrep
 reneurship\, and her story resonated strongly with the audience\, encourag
 ing students to believe in their own potential and to take bold steps towa
 rd bringing their ideas to life.\n\nThe event brought together students an
 d aspiring entrepreneurs\, providing them with an opportunity to learn fro
 m an accomplished professional and gain valuable perspectives on innovatio
 n and entrepreneurship.\n\nOutcomes\n\nThe session successfully achieved s
 everal key outcomes\, including:\n\n-\nMotivating students to develop an e
