DESCRIPTION:Brief Report:\n\nThe 3rd International Conference on Intelligen
 t Electronics and Communication Devices (IECom - 2025) is organised by the
  Department of ECE\, Mohan Babu University from 31st October to 02nd Novem
 ber\, 2025. IECOM-2025 focuses on advancements on Intelligent Electronics\
 , Communication Systems and related Interdisciplinary areas. This conferen
 ce serves as a platform for academia\, industry experts and researchers to
  exchange ideas\, foster collaboration\, and bridge the gap between resear
 ch innovations and practical implementations. In four tracks articles were
  received. First track is on low power electronic devices\, second is on e
 lectrical control and instrumentation\, third is on communication technolo
 gies and the last track is on computational techniques.\n\nThe conference 
 has received a good response from the researchers and professional across 
 the globe. A total of 200+ manuscripts were received reflecting the growin
 g interest and research activity in the field of intelligent electronics a
 nd communication devices. After rigorous peer-review process\, a total of 
 106 papers were selected for presentation based on their originality\, tec
 hnical depth and relevance to the conference theme. The presentations were
  scheduled via online and offline for the participants based on their requ
 est.\n\nProf. Prabhat Kumar Upadhyay\, Professor\, Department of Electrica
 l Engineering\, IIT Indore\, India and Dr. Arvind R. Singh\, Associate Pro
 fessor\, School of Physics and Electronic Engineering\, Shiyan\, China hav
 e delivered keynote address on Communication Systems. The accepted and pre
 sented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN nu
