DESCRIPTION:The RSR &amp; RSYP (Regional Student Representative &amp; Regional Stud
 ent Young Professionals) event took place from November 28th to 30th at th
 e State University of Maringá. Hosted approximately 90 participants from 
 12 different student branches\, spanning 5 states: Paraná\, Santa Catarin
 a\, Rio Grande do Sul\, São Paulo\, and Minas Gerais.\n\nThe event was pr
 oudly sponsored by the following IEEE Societies:\n\n-\nYoung Professionals
  &amp; IEEE Foundation\n\n-\nPower &amp; Energy Society (PES)\n\n-\nElectronics Pa
 ckaging Society (EPS)\n\n-\nOceanic Engineering Society (OES)\n\n-\nComput
 er Society (CS)\n\n-\nEducation Society (EdSoc)\n\nThe program was designe
 d to foster collaboration and professional growth through networking and i
 ntegration sessions between student branches\, presentations regarding IEE
 E tools and resources for student branches\, technical and institutional s
 howcases by the sponsoring societies\, leadership meetings for student bra
 nch chairs and specific IEEE society meetings to discuss regional strategi
 es. A survey conducted on November 30th evaluated the participants&#39; unders
 tanding of each sponsoring society before and after the event. The data re
 veals a significant improvement in visibility and comprehension of each so
 ciety&#39;s role.\n\n-\nComputer Society (CS): From 68.8% to 97.9% (+29.1%).\n
 \n-\nPower &amp; Energy Society (PES): From 54.2% to 95.8% (+41.6%).\n\n-\nYou
 ng Professionals (YP): From 27.1% to 95.8% (+68.7%).\n\n-\nEducation Socie
 ty (EdSoc): From 16.7% to 83.3% (+66.6%).\n\n-\nElectronics Packaging Soci
 ety (EPS): From 8.3% to 75.0% (+66.7%).\n\n-\nOceanic Engineering Society 
 (OES): From 4.2% to 70.8% (+66.6%).\n\nBy the end of the event\, participa
 nts from all 12 student branches achieved a comprehensive understanding of
  the sponsoring societies&#39; roles\, effectively meeting the event&#39;s educati

 e novembro na Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Contando com a participa
 ção de aproximadamente 90 participantes de 12 ramos estudantis diferente

 ão e o crescimento profissional de estudantes e jovens profissionais por 
 meio de sessões de networking e integração entre ramos estudantis\, apr
 esentações sobre ferramentas e recursos do IEEE para ramos\, vitrines t
 écnicas e institucionais das sociedades patrocinadoras\, reuniões de lid
 erança para presidentes de ramos estudantis\, rodas de conversa sobre pro
 fissionais voluntários do IEEE além de reuniões específicas das socied
 ades do IEEE para discutir estratégias regionais. Uma pesquisa realizada 
 em 30 de novembro avaliou a compreensão dos participantes sobre cada soci
 edade patrocinadora antes e depois do evento. Os dados revelam uma melhori
 a significativa na visibilidade e na compreensão do papel de cada socieda
 de\, de forma que o seu progresso em visibilidade foi de:\n\n-\nComputer S
 ociety (CS): De 68\,8% para 97\,9% (+29\,1%).\n\n-\nPower &amp; Energy Society
  (PES): De 54\,2% para 95\,8% (+41\,6%).\n\n-\nYoung Professionals (YP): D
 e 27\,1% para 95\,8% (+68\,7%).\n\n-\nEducation Society (EdSoc): De 16\,7%
  para 83\,3% (+66\,6%).\n\n-\nElectronics Packaging Society (EPS): De 8\,3
