 erence is aimed at providing a platform for all researchers and engineers 
 to share ideas\, highly developed skills and successful practices to other
 s. The conference lasted for 4 days with the reception to be held on the f
 irst day to meet and mingle with conference chairs\, session chairs and ot
 her participants.\n\nMore than 50 participants from Australia\, Malaysia\,
  Singapore\, USA\, UK\, China and more attended the conference. Three reno
 wned speakers delivered speeches about their latest research. They are Pro
 f. Lim Boon Han from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman\, Malaysia\, Dr. Danny 
 Pudjianto from Imperial College London\, UK and Prof. LEE Yee Cheong from 
 Academy of Engineering and Technology of the Developing World (AETDEW)\, M
 alaysia. The conference also includes 2 technical sessions and one poster 
 session. There is a lively discussion at the conference\, which promotes a
 cademic exchange\, which makes PEPSC 2025 an effective communication platf
 orm for all the participants all over the world.\n\nThe technical program 
 committee received over 40 submissions from all over the world\, among whi
 ch 21 were accepted. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted and
  presented papers representing an important PEPSC 2025 outcome. The procee
