DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IEEE Student Branch\, U
 niversity of Peradeniya\, was held on September 3\, 2025 in physical from 
 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM\, with over 50 members in attendance at DEEE Seminar Ro
 om of the University of Peradeniya. The meeting commenced with a welcome a
 ddress by the outgoing chair\, Mr. Thiliru Samaradiwakara\, followed by th
 e presentation of the Annual Report summarizing the chapter’s activities
  and achievements. The Treasurer’s Report was then delivered by Mr. Thim
 ira Peiris. The election of new office bearers for the 2025-26 term took p
 lace\, with Mr. Vihanga Madugalla appointed as the new chairperson\, propo
 sed by Mr. Dilan Pramuditha and seconded by Mr. Dushan Kaveesha. Additiona
 lly\, Dr. Ruwan Ranaweera was appointed as the new adviser\, nominated by 
 Mr. Thimira Peiris and seconded by Mr. Dilan Pramuditha. Dr. Ranaweera ack
 nowledged the contributions of the former committee\, congratulated the ne
 wly appointed members\, and encouraged them to explore new technical areas
  and projects. The AGM concluded with the appointment of the remaining off
 ice bearers\, ensuring a smooth transition of leadership for the upcoming
