Mrs. Gemmarie Tib ayan V\, a Digital Inclusion and Accessibility Specialist from the Philipp ines\, shared valuable insights on inclusive technology. Mr. Shone Jose\, Vice Chair of IEEE Indian Council (Entrepreneurship Activities)\, and Dr. P. Sakthivel\, Chairman of IEEE Madras Section\, inspired participants wit h their experiences in leadership and professional growth. The internation al presence included Prof. Xiao Zhi-Gao from the University of Eastern Fin land and Dr. Celia Shahnaz from Bangladesh University of Engineering and T echnology\, Bangladesh.
