DESCRIPTION:The Smart India Hackathon (SIH) is a flagship initiative by the
Government of India\, aimed at providing students with a platform to solv
e pressing real-life challenges through technology and innovation. As a pr
ecursor to the national-level SIH event\, the Department of Computer Scien
ce and Engineering (Data Science) at SREC\, in association with the IIC\,
IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and SREC Student Branch Chapter\,
organized the Smart India Internal Hackathon – 2025. This internal selec
tion round was designed to identify\, mentor\, and prepare high potential
student teams for national participation\, while fostering a culture of re
search\, innovation\, and problem-solving within the campus.\nObjectives:\
n1. To foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving among students.\
n2. To identify and mentor teams for the national-level Smart India Hackat
hon.\n3. To promote interdisciplinary collaboration and application of dat
a science in real-world challenges\nEvent Overview:\n1. Participation: 15+
interdisciplinary teams (each with 6 students (Girls & Boys) showcased th
eir innovative solutions across domains such as\nagriculture\, healthcare\
, smart education\, environment\, and cybersecurity.\n2. Problem Statement
