DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IEEE Power and Energy S
 ociety was successfully held on 27th December 2025 from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 
 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting brought together society members to reflect on 
 the achievements of the past year and to outline the vision and plans for 
 the upcoming term.\n\nDuring the AGM\, important matters such as the prese
 ntation of annual reports\, financial updates\, and the discussion of futu
 re activities were addressed. The newly appointed executive committee for 
 the 2025/2026 term was formally introduced\, and members were informed abo
 ut the society’s strategic goals\, technical events\, and initiatives pl
 anned for the year ahead.\n\nThe meeting concluded with appreciation expre
 ssed to the outgoing committee\, advisors\, and members for their continue
 d support and active participation. Overall\, the AGM marked an important 
 milestone in strengthening the IEEE PES community and reinforcing its comm
