 s is a revolutionary paradigm or just an evolution of the previous era\, c
 omparing key pillars: personalized production\, sustainability\, and suppl
 y chain resilience. Industry 4.0 emphasizes connectivity and data\, but In
 dustry 5.0 integrates the ethical aspects of artificial intelligence\, rob
 otics\, and bio-inspired systems for higher added value. Examples such as 
 collaborative robots in the automotive industry demonstrate a significant 
 increase in efficiency while preserving jobs for humans. The aim of this l
 ecture is therefore to work towards answering the question of whether Indu
 stry 5.0 fundamentally addresses the limitations of Industry 4.0 or only p
