DESCRIPTION:The 24th International Symposium on Communications and Informat
ion Technologies (ISCIT2025) provides a forum for exchanging ideas\, discu
ssing research results\, and presenting chip\, circuit designs\, and appli
cations in communications and information technologies. Advances in circui
ts and systems enable breakthroughs such as hardware accelerators for AI\,
  brain-machine interfaces\, low-power VLSI design\, neuromorphic computing
\, the development of IoT\, wearable devices\, and 5G-and-6G technologies.
The integration of AI into communications and IT brings transformative po
tential in many areas. We expect this conference to explore and stimulate
the contributed research on those subjects. The papers are solicited from
prospective authors interested in the related fields.\nThe ISCIT 2025 conf
erence is organized by the IEEE CAS Vietnam Chapter\, co-hosted by the VNU
Information Technology Institute (VNU-ITI)\, and technically supported by
the IEEE SSCS Vietnam and the IEICE Vietnam Section. The ISCIT 2025 will
be held in Hanoi\, Vietnam. Further information about the conference\, pap
er submission guidelines\, and templates will be updated on the website.\n
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length\, six-page manuscrip
 ts\, including figures\, tables\, and references\, to the official ISCIT 2
025 website. All papers will be handled electronically. Accepted and prese
nted papers will be included in the conference proceedings with ISBN and w
ill be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® (the copyright shall be as
signed to the IEEE). The proceedings of the ISCIT series are regularly ind
exed by Scopus and listed in the conference proceeding citation index (CPC
