  Systems Association and NYCU\, with the CIS Taipei Chapter Chair\, Prof. 
 I-Fang Chung\, serving as General Chair. iFUZZY 2025 focused on research i
 n fuzzy theory and its applications\, providing a platform for academic\, 
 industrial\, and governmental exchange. Best Paper Awards were presented\,
  and accepted papers were submitted to IEEE Xplore\, with selected papers 
 invited to Special Issues of the International Journal of Fuzzy Systems (S
