 ng the meeting\, the Executive Committee presents reports on activities\, 
 membership status\, and financial performance. Members are allowed to revi
 ew achievements\, challenges\, and lessons learned. The AGM also facilitat
 es discussions on proposed plans\, budgets\, and major initiatives for the
  new operational year.\n\nIn accordance with IEEE Student Activities guide
 lines\, the AGM includes the election or confirmation of Student Branch of
 ficers (where applicable)\, leadership transition arrangements\, and the f
 ormal handover of responsibilities. The event ensures compliance with IEEE
