DESCRIPTION:Dear CEDA members\,\n\nWe are pleased to invite you to submit y
 our research work to the Special Session on Efficient\, Green\, and Decent
 ralized Artificial Intelligence (EGDAI)\, to be held as part of IEEE ICCSI
 C 2026.\n\nThe rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence has enabled re
 markable progress across science\, industry\, and society. However\, the p
 revailing paradigm of large-scale\, centralized\, and computationally inte
 nsive AI models raises critical challenges\, including high energy consump
 tion\, increased latency\, data privacy concerns\, and significant infrast
 ructure costs. These issues hinder the sustainable and large-scale deploym
 ent of AI\, particularly in real-world and resource-constrained environmen
 ts.\n\nThis special session aims to explore the next generation of AI syst
 ems that address these challenges by focusing on the convergence of three 
 major trends:\n\n-\nEfficiency: doing more with fewer computational and da
 ta resources\n\n-\nGreen AI: environmentally sustainable and energy-aware 
 AI solutions\n\n-\nDecentralization: edge intelligence\, federated learnin
 g\, blockchain-based AI\, and distributed systems\n\nWe welcome original r
 esearch papers\, case studies\, and practical applications related (but no
 t limited) to:\n\n-\nEfficient and lightweight AI models\n\n-\nEnergy-awar
