 volunteer support for event management. The initiative focused on supporti
 ng the management of startup and project pitches\, ensuring smooth executi
 on of the award process.\n\nThe event was conducted over two days\, on 4th
  and 5th September\, during which approximately 20 volunteers from IEEE WI
 E SBAG ITU and IEEE SB ITU were deployed. The volunteers were responsible 
 for coordinating pitch sessions\, managing team lineups\, guiding teams to
  present on time\, and ensuring that all participants were prepared and or
 ganized for their pitch presentations. Their efforts played a key role in
