 \, and embedded systems. He currently works at Keysight Technologies as th
 e Americas EDA Services Manager. Chad is an active volunteer in IEEE\, ser
 ving as the IEEE USA Conference Committee Chair\, as the Region 6 (Western
  USA) Chapter Coordinator for the Microwave Theory and Technology Society 
 (MTT-S)\, and as Chair of his local MTT-S Chapter.\n\nChad is married to t
 he wonderful Melissa Kidder. They are the parents of four wonderful childr
 en. He has served on community boards\, founded a neighborhood association
