DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the monthly administrative meeting of the IE
 EE Washington Section. All IEEE members in our section and neighboring sec
 tions are welcome to attend.\n\nAll chapter officers in the Washington Sec
 tion (including joint chapters) are welcome to attend this meeting and pre
 sent an update on their chapters' activities. For example\, a chapter offi
 cer may give a short presentation on their planned technical events or pro
 vide slides beforehand in case they cannot attend. IEEE members interested
  in volunteering for officer roles are encouraged to attend\, meet their s
 ection and chapter officers\, and learn about exciting events we have plan
 ned for the section this year.\n\nThe AdCom meeting will continue to be he
 ld at the Rockville Memorial Library in the Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor.
  Parking is available with street meters or in the Rockville Town Square g
 arages. Library customers can get 2 hours of free parking when they park i
 n one of the Rockville Town Square garages. There is also parking availabl
 e across the street from the library.\n\nAfter the meeting\, all attendees
