 ems (ICIIS) was a peer-reviewed international conference focused on resear
 ch and development in industrial\, electrical\, electronic\, and informati
 on systems engineering. The conference served as a platform for researcher
 s\, academics\, and industry professionals to present and exchange innovat
 ive research findings and technological advancements.\n\nICIIS 2025 covere
 d a broad scope of topics\, including but not limited to artificial intell
 igence\, signal and image processing\, embedded systems\, communications a
 nd information technologies\, power and energy engineering\, control and r
 obotics\, and VLSI design. Accepted papers were published in IEEE-indexed 
 proceedings\, contributing to global research visibility and academic impa
 ct.\n\nThe event was hosted by the IEEE Central Region Subsection in colla
 boration with the IEEE Student Branch\, University of Peradeniya\, and was
  successfully concluded with strong organizational support. More than 50 s
 tudent volunteers from the IEEE Student Branch actively contributed to the
  planning and execution of the conference. The event recorded an attendanc
 e of over 500 participants\, reflecting strong engagement from both academ
