 eting:\n\n- Welcome Address by STB Counselor &amp; STB Chair.\n\nDr. [Arnab](h

  all the members to STB. He has congratulated all members on confirmation 
 of the executive committee at NIT Rourkela for the year 2026.\n\n- Confirm
 ation of the Executive Committee for the year 2026.\n\nDuring the meeting\
 , it was unanimously decided to elect the Office Bearers and Executive Com
 mittee Members. The following members have been elected to ensure the effe
 ctive and smooth conduct of Student Branch activities for the said year. I
 t was further noted that the tenure of the Chair and the webmaster has bee
 n extended until 31 December 2026.\n\n- A general discussion on activities
  of the previous and the current year.\nAll the members jointly proposed s
 everal future activities that can be carried out by the Student Branch as 
 follows:\n\n- Conducting workshops\, quizzes\, competitions\, seminars\, c
 onferences and webinars etc.\n- The meetings and events are to be uploaded
  in IEEE vTools on a regular basis to keep track of the activity details a
