 iday\, 21st January 2026 in offline mode. The following resolutions were m
 ade in the meeting:\n\n- Welcome Address by SBC Advisor &amp; SBC Chair.\n\nDr
 . Monalisa Pattnaik\, IES Advisor has welcomed all the members to SBC. She
  has congratulated all members on the confirmation of the executive commit
 tee at NIT Rourkela for the year 2026.\n\n- Confirmation of the Executive 
 Committee for the year 2026.\n\nDuring the meeting\, it was unanimously de
 cided to elect the Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members. The fol
 lowing members have been elected to ensure the effective and smooth conduc
 t of Student Branch activities for the said year. It was further noted tha
 t the tenure of the Chair\, Treasurer\, Vice Chair\, Secretary\, and Webma
 ster stands extended until 31 December 2026.\n\n- A general discussion on 
 activities of the previous and the current year.\nAll the members jointly 
 proposed several future activities that can be carried out by the Student 
 Branch as follows:\n\n- Conducting workshops\, quizzes\, competitions\, se
 minars\, conferences and webinars etc.\n- The meetings and events to be up
 loaded in IEEE vTools on a regular basis to keep track of the activity det
 ails as and when required.\n\nAgenda: \nAgenda Items:\n\n- To welcome all 
 the members and congratulate on the successful completion of the first yea
