DESCRIPTION:The Code With Trust event was one of the most intellectually en
 gaging and strategically designed competitions of R&amp;D 2026. The event aime
 d to test not only participants’ coding abilities but also their coordin
 ation\, communication\, and mutual trust under pressure.\n\nThe competitio
 n was conducted in two structured rounds\, each designed to evaluate diffe
 rent dimensions of teamwork and problem-solving skills.\n\nRound 1 – Tea
 m Coding Challenge\n\nIn the first round\, participants competed in teams 
 and were provided with a set of coding problems of varying difficulty leve
 ls. The problems tested:\n\n• Logical reasoning\n• Algorithmic thinkin
 g\n• Debugging skills\n• Time management\n\nTeams collaborated to solv
 e as many questions as possible within the given time frame. Submissions w
 ere evaluated based on correctness\, efficiency\, and completion time. At 
 the end of this round\, the Top 8 performing teams were shortlisted and qu
 alified for the final round.\n\nRound 2 – Trust-Based Quiz Round\n\nThe 
 second round introduced a unique and innovative twist to the competition. 
 Each qualified team was divided\, and the team members were seated separat
 ely. They were given a technical quiz consisting of coding concepts\, logi
 cal puzzles\, and analytical questions.\n\nThe challenge of this round was
  that team members had to rely entirely on their mutual understanding and 
 trust. They could not directly collaborate in the usual manner and had to 
 answer questions independently while maintaining strategic confidence in t
 heir teammate’s performance.\n\nThis round tested:\n\n• Conceptual cla
 rity\n• Individual technical strength\n• Team trust and coordination\n
 • Decision-making under pressure\n\nThroughout the event\, participants 
 demonstrated exceptional technical skills and teamwork. The dual-round str
 ucture ensured a balanced evaluation of both collaborative coding ability 
 and individual competence.\n\nThe Code With Trust competition successfully
  combined technical rigor with strategic thinking\, making it one of the m
