DESCRIPTION:The Web Event was one of the most practical and creativity-driv
 en competitions of R&amp;D 2026. Designed to evaluate participants’ web deve
 lopment skills\, the event challenged students to design and develop a com
 plete website for IEEE within a limited time frame of two hours.\n\nThe ob
 jective of the competition was to assess participants’ ability to combin
 e technical knowledge with aesthetic design principles while working under
  time constraints.\n\nEvent Structure\n\nParticipants were given a duratio
 n of 2 hours to conceptualize and build a responsive and functional websit
 e representing IEEE. The website was expected to reflect:\n\n• IEEE’s 
 mission and vision\n• Event highlights and activities\n• Member regist
 ration or contact section\n• Clean and professional layout\n\nParticipan
 ts were allowed to use standard web technologies such as HTML\, CSS\, Java
 Script\, and relevant frameworks. The focus was not only on coding functio
 nality but also on presentation and user experience.\n\nEvaluation Criteri
 a\n\nThe submissions were evaluated based on the following parameters:\n\n
 • Design aesthetics and visual appeal\n• Responsiveness across devices
 \n• Content structure and clarity\n• Technical implementation and func
 tionality\n• Innovation and creativity\n\nJudges carefully examined how 
 effectively participants integrated design elements with structured coding
  practices to create an engaging and professional website.\n\nEvent Outcom
 e\n\nThe Web Event witnessed enthusiastic participation\, with students de
 monstrating strong frontend development skills and creative layouts. Many 
 teams incorporated responsive designs\, interactive navigation bars\, and 
 structured content sections within the limited time frame.\n\nThe competit
 ion successfully highlighted the importance of web technologies in modern 
 digital platforms and encouraged participants to strengthen their developm
 ent and UI/UX skills. The event proved to be both competitive and educatio
