DESCRIPTION:The WIE event will empower women in stepping into critical role
 s in building AI frameworks that emphasize transparency\, accountability\,

 usivity while addressing concerns about bias and misuse. This WIE workshop
  will have a great impact and influence to gender equity in AI\, creating 
 opportunities for diverse perspectives in shaping the future of intelligen
 t systems. This WIE event is aligned with IEEE WIE Vision in inspiring and
  increasing the participation of women in STEM fields and fostering women 
 in leadership roles and career advancement. Also\, encouraging next-genera
 tion and young girls to pursue technological advances\, realizing diversit
 y\, inclusion and equity.\n\nAfter the great success of the conference in 
 its previous editions\, the ICMISI’2026 continue encourage developing ne
 w contribution where more than 500 participants\, from more than 30 intern
 ational countries\, are attending the event and share knowledge and incred
 ible experience\, including women leaders in academia and industry\, in ad
 dition to many young professionals.\n\n@ Another powerful contribution of 
 the event is the commitment to build sustainable AI careers. By mentoring 
 young professionals\, shaping educational frameworks\, and advocating for
