 hasized the critical phase the chapter is entering regarding impactful eve
 nt execution.\n- ExCom Update: The Chair informed the committee that Shubr
 a Prakash has tendered his resignation due to internal conflicts and has l
 eft the group.\n\n3. Ratification of Previous Minutes\n\n- The minutes fro
 m the First ExeCom Meeting (January) were shared via WhatsApp and calendar
  invite for review.\n- Motion to Approve: Proposed by Vishal Shah.\n- Seco
 nded by: Saptarshi Pani.\n- Decision: The minutes were ratified.\n\n4. Rec
 ap of Completed Events\nVamsi Krishna Addepalli provided a summary of rece
 nt activities:\n\n- First ExeCom Meeting: Successfully conducted in Januar
 y.\n- IEEE CEDA Industry Insight Series (Episode 1) by Ms. Rajeela: Receiv
 ed 120+ registrations with 59 attendees. The recording is published on the
  YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69qrPwK5RdE&amp;t=2s).\n- CE
 DA Conclave: Unexpected event with good participation from NITTE Institute
  of Technology\; Attendance reports are being processed.\n- AGM MoM: One r
 eport from the previous year&#39;s team is pending to finalize the AGM 2026 mi
 nutes.\n- Global Recognition: CEDA Global has agreed to publish the &quot;Indus
 try Inspired Lecture Series&quot; in the CEDA Global Magazine and currently it 
 is under progress.\n\n5. Membership &amp; Outreach Strategy\n\n- Current Membe
 rship Status: The chapter currently has 3\,121 members.\n- Strategy: The i
 mmediate focus is on academic institutions where ExCom members are present
 .\n- Goal: Members (especially Dr. Venugopal\, Dr. Jyothi\, Dr. Arun\, Dr.
  Vimala\, Dr. Zakir\, and others) are requested to ensure their student br
 anch members sign up for the free CEDA membership. The target is to increa
 se membership by ~3\,400 before expanding outreach to other Student Branch
 es.\n\n6. Student Activities\n\n- Committee Formation: A &quot;Student Activiti
 es Committee&quot; is being formed to serve as a backbone for flagship events l
 ike SWEAT\, EDA Toolsmith and other initiatives.\n- Leadership: Rakshita h
