Ratification of Previous Minutes\n\n- The minutes fro m the First ExeCom Meeting (January) were shared via WhatsApp and calendar invite for review.\n- Motion to Approve: Proposed by Vishal Shah.\n- Seco nded by: Saptarshi Pani.\n- Decision: The minutes were ratified.\n\n4. Rec ap of Completed Events\nVamsi Krishna Addepalli provided a summary of rece nt activities:\n\n- First ExeCom Meeting: Successfully conducted in Januar y.\n- IEEE CEDA Industry Insight Series (Episode 1) by Ms. Rajeela: Receiv ed 120+ registrations with 59 attendees. The target is to increa se membership by ~3\,400 before expanding outreach to other Student Branch es.\n\n6. Student Activities\n\n- Committee Formation: A "Student Activiti es Committee" is being formed to serve as a backbone for flagship events l ike SWEAT\, EDA Toolsmith and other initiatives.\n- Leadership: Rakshita h as been proposed as the student lead based on previous experience.\n- Acti on: A call for volunteers has been released.
