 \nEl evento reunirá a destacadas voluntarias y líderes de IEEE a nivel r
 egional e internacional\, quienes compartirán su experiencia profesional\
 , trayectoria dentro de la organización y reflexiones sobre liderazgo\, s
 ervicio y desarrollo de carrera en ingeniería y tecnología.\n\nEl conver
 satorio tendrá un formato dinámico que incluirá un espacio de diálogo 
 entre panelistas y una sesión abierta de preguntas del público\, promovi
 endo la participación activa de estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales.\n\n
