DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Girls in ICT Day\, we are organizing a series of a
 ctivities aimed at encouraging girls to explore opportunities in technolog
 y and engineering fields. These activities will take place in collaboratio
 n with several universities in Uruguay\, including Universidad de la Repú
 blica (Udelar)\, Universidad ORT\, and Universidad de Montevideo.\n\nAs pa
 rt of this initiative\, IEEE Women in Engineering volunteers will particip
 ate alongside the universities in delivering workshops designed to introdu
 ce girls to different areas of technology\, engineering\, and digital inno
 vation.\n\nThe goal of these activities is to inspire young students\, pro
 vide them with role models in STEM\, and help create a space where they ca
 n explore their curiosity and potential in technology-related careers.\n\n
