It establishes minimum energy-efficiency requirements for residential and commercial buil dings and was\ndeveloped using a consensus-based standards process led by industry professionals. For engineers\, IECC 2024 increases\nemphasis on i ntegrated system design\, performance-based compliance\, and documentation . Approximately 7–8% improvement in energy efficiency compared to IECC 2 021\, with increased reliance on performance paths and system trade-offs. This impacts Lighting\, electrical\, and mechanical systems.\n\nSpeaker Bi o:\n\nZane Dunlap studied at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University\, gaining valuable experience in the logistics\, sales\, marke ting and customer relationships. While at Schneider Electric\, Zane excell ed in one of our elite SDP programs\, with a specific focus on Sales. He s upported our American Power Conversion product (APC) catalog and notably g rew the region he supported by 25%. Zane has shown strong leadership quali ties and a willingness to take on new challenges during his time at Schnei der. He joined a newly funded organization within the Commercial Sales Ope rations (CSO) BU\, where he supported SLED business for half of the countr y.
