 eather Service properly so that warnings can be issued. This training sati
 sfies the requirements for SkyWarn certification. Even if you have no desi
 re to become a SkyWarn weather spotter\, knowing when that nasty looking c
 loud approaching requires you to move quickly to shelter. Not all areas ha
 ve audible tornado alarms and you may be in a coverage gap\, so knowing wh
 at precautions to take can save your life.\n\nAfter completing the course\
 , you may optionally register to receive a SkyWarn Certificate and credent
 ials.\n\nThere is no cost for either the course or the registration. Your
