DESCRIPTION:The WIE LAUTECH STEM Outreach 2026 is a one-day program to insp
 ire and empower secondary school girls to explore STEM fields. Participant
 s will engage in interactive sessions covering robotics\, embedded systems
 \, design thinking\, and basic coding. The workshop provides hands-on lear
 ning through team activities and practical exercises.\n\nMentors from the 
 IEEE WIE LAUTECH Student Branch\, including experienced students and engin
 eers\, will guide participants throughout the day. The program aims to pro
 vide role models\, build confidence\, and encourage continued interest in 
 STEM careers.\n\nMotivational talks and real-world examples will demonstra
 te the impact of STEM skills on society. Participants will receive certifi
 cates and small tokens for recognition.\n\nThe event aligns with WIE’s m
 ission to connect\, support\, and inspire women and girls worldwide while 
 fostering technological innovation. By the end\, participants will gain pr
 actical skills\, insights into STEM careers\, and motivation to pursue fur
