DESCRIPTION:Integrated air-ground-space networks\, through the deep converg
ence of aerial\, spaceborne\, and terrestrial network resources\, can prov
ide ubiquitous\, intelligent\, coordinated\, and efficient information tra
nsmission support for a wide range of vehicular applications in broad smar
t-space scenarios\, and thus carry significant economic and strategic impo
rtance. With the continued advancement of emerging productive forces such
as satellite Internet\, the low-altitude economy\, and artificial intellig
 ence\, low-altitude intelligent connected three-dimensional transportation
is expected to evolve toward a new paradigm of hyper-converged systems. T
his talk will discuss the scientific issues\, core challenges\, key techno
logies\, and several strategic recommendations for an integrated air-groun
 d-space-enabled hyper-converged system for low-altitude eVTOL intelligent
connected three-dimensional transportation\, with the aim of providing ins
ights and methodological references for the development of integrated air-
 ground-space low-altitude intelligent connected transportation networks.\n
