DESCRIPTION:For our June meeting\, we are happy to welcome Karthik Bojja fr
om Wolters Kluwer to come speak on AI Automation\n\nPresentation:\n\nIn to
day world DevOps is no longer just about automating pipelines or speeding
up deployments. It is evolving into something much smarter. With AI integr
ation\, we are moving toward systems that can learn\, adapt\, and respond
autonomously.\n\nIn traditional DevOps\, when something breaks\, teams rel
y on alerts\, logs\, and manual intervention to fix issues. With AI-driven
automation\, failures can be predicted before they happen. By analyzing p
atterns in logs\, metrics\, and system behavior\, AI can identify anomalie
s early and either alert the team or automatically trigger remediation ste
ps.\n\nThis leads to the concept of self-healing systems. In a modern clou
d environment\, if a service goes down\, the system can automatically rest
art it\, reroute traffic\, or roll back a faulty deployment without human
intervention. This reduces downtime and improves overall reliability.\n\nA
I also enhances observability by turning raw data into meaningful insights
. Instead of just monitoring systems\, teams can enable intelligent decisi
on-making within the pipeline.\n\nCombining DevOps with AI shifts organiza
tions from reactive operations to proactive and predictive systems\, allow
ing teams to focus more on innovation and less on troubleshooting.\n\nSpea
ker Bio:\n\nKarthik Bojja is an Enterprise Senior Software Engineer at Wol
ters Kluwer\, based in Dallas\, USA\, with extensive experience building a
nd scaling enterprise-grade technology solutions. He specializes in system
  architecture\, cloud-native applications\, API design\, and DevOps automa
 tion\, focusing strongly on delivering secure\, reliable\, and high-perfor
ming platforms. In his current role\, Karthik collaborates with cross-func
tional global teams to develop solutions that meet complex business and re
gulatory requirements.\n\nKarthik is a Senior Member of IEEE\, where he ac
tively contributes to advancing technical excellence\, innovation\, and pr
ofessional mentorship within the engineering community. He is passionate a
bout fostering innovation and guiding emerging talent\, regularly engaging
  in knowledge-sharing initiatives and community-driven programs.\n\nWith a
strong foundation in modern software engineering practices and a deep int
erest in emerging technologies\, Karthik brings both technical expertise a
nd practical insights to every initiative he undertakes. He is particularl
y interested in evaluating innovative ideas\, assessing their real-world i
mpact\, and supporting continuous learning within the technology ecosystem
.\n\nKarthik is committed to contributing to professional communities thro
ugh roles such as judging\, mentorship\, and leadership\, where he can hel
p drive meaningful impact and support the growth of future technology lead
ers.\n\nAs with all of our meetings\, we will be providing lunch. If you d
o not pay online beforehand\, we will not be purchasing lunch for you. Ple
ase reach out if there are any issues with payment and we will try to figu
re it out prior to the meeting. In my experience\, Paypal is the easiest a
nd has had the least issues in the past.\n\nExcited to see everyone on the
