We have also developed talking points for us to know what to say to people who are interested.\n\nWe have successfully planned out our schedule for our weekly meetings for both officer and gene ral member meetings. We have gathered 3 professional guest speakers\, as w ell as our lineup of workshops we will host throughout the remaining quart er.\n\nWe have prepared elections where we will have nominations for a wee k. After the nomination period\, each nominee will have a speech\, providi ng their statement to all members. Afterwards\, the final cohort will be v oted for in the following week.\n\nWe have also prepared the agenda for th e upcoming first general meeting where we will provide documentation templ ates for the 10 group project teams to develop documentation for specifica tion and design\, and their roadmap to provide us with their progress on t heir project throughout the year.\n\nWe have decided who we will reach out for more collaborative opportunities and events as well.\n\nWe have also gotten progress on planning our Hardware Hackathon where we are on the roa d to finalizing our agenda and plans.
