DESCRIPTION:The “Empowering Women in Engineering: Skills\, Leadership &amp; C
 areer Development Workshop” is an initiative by the IEEE WIE JUST Affini

  landscape. The event will focus on four key areas: career planning\, CV a
 nd resume writing\, interview preparation\, and the development of critica

 gin with a comprehensive career guideline session\, where participants wil
 l gain insights into various career paths in engineering\, including indus
 try opportunities\, higher studies\, and research. This will be followed b
