The event spans three in-person sess ions\, June 24\, 26\, and 27\, 2026\, in Quito\, Ecuador. We're bringing p eople together to talk about leadership\, to share real stories\, and to g row as a community that's serious about getting more women into engineerin g and technology.\n\nWe designed the program to cover different aspects of personal and professional development\, and each day has its own focus. D ay one is about social awareness\, well-being\, and the conversations we d on't always make time for but matter to our communities. Day two is all ab out learning from women who are already out there doing incredible things in tech\, cybersecurity\, and innovation\, real career paths\, real challe nges\, real opportunities. Day three is where things get hands-on: creativ e challenges\, team activities\, networking\, and the kind of energy that reminds you why you started.\n\nSomething we're especially excited about: the whole event will have a gamification layer running through it. Attende es collect points across activities\, which makes the experience more inte ractive\, more fun\, and more memorable.\n\nBetween the talks\, panels\, w orkshops\, and collaborative spaces\, our goal is for WIE DAY IEEE EPN 202 6 to leave a mark beyond the three days themselves. We want people to walk away motivated\, connected\, and ready to use engineering and technology as tools for real change.
