  Dr. Sapireddy explained the process of how semiconductor chips are design
 ed and developed\, starting from the RTL (Register Transfer Level) stage a
 nd moving all the way to physical silicon implementation. He discussed imp
 ortant steps in the chip design flow\, including design concepts\, circuit
  layouts\, and how abstract hardware designs are transformed into real man
 ufacturable chips. The talk gave attendees a better understanding of VLSI 
 design\, chip development\, and the practical challenges involved in turni
