DESCRIPTION:3rd Annual General Meeting of the IEEE IAS Student Branch Chapt
 er- National Institute of Technology-Rourkela (SBC65821A) was held on Frid
 ay\, 21st January 2026 in offline mode.\n\nThe following resolutions were 
 made in the meeting:\n\n- Welcome Address by SBC Advisor &amp; SBC Chair\n-\nD
 r. Monalisa Pattnaik\, PES &amp; IAS SBC Advisor has welcomed all the members 
 to SBC. She has congratulated all members on confirmation of the executive
  committee at NIT Rourkela for the year 2026.\n\n-\nConfirmation of the Ex
 ecutive Committee for the year 2026.\n\n-\nDuring the meeting\, it has bee
 n unanimously decided to elect the Office Bearers and Executive Committee 
 Members. The following members have been elected to ensure the effective a
 nd smooth conduct of Student Branch activities for the said year. It was a
 lso resolved that Dr. Monalisa Pattnaik will be relieved of the role of Br
 anch Advisor\, and Dr. Manoranjan Sahoo has been appointed as the new IAS 
 SBC Advisor with immediate effect. It was further noted that the tenure of
  the Chair\, Vice Chair\, Secretary\, Treasurer\, and Webmaster stands ext
 ended until 31 December 2026.[]\n\n-\nA general discussion on activities o
 f the previous and the current year:\n\n-\nAll the members jointly propose
 d several future activities that can be carried out by the Student Branch 
 as follows:\n\na. Conducting workshops\, quizzes\, competitions\, seminars
 \, conferences and webinars etc.\n\nb. The meetings and events to be uploa
 ded in IEEE vTools on a regular basis to keep track of the activity detail
 s as and when required.\n\nAgenda: \n- To welcome all the members and cong
 ratulate on the successful completion of the second year of operation of t
