DESCRIPTION:The Northern Virginia and Washington Sections proudly host the 
 2026 class of IEEE fellows from our sections for an evening of scientific 
 and engaging technical talks over dinner at Patsy&#39;s American in Vienna\, V
 A. After the talks conclude\, IEEE members will have the opportunity to so
 cialize with the fellows during a post dinner reception. Registration incl
 udes dinner buffet with vegetarian options and a cash bar will be availabl
 e.\n\nThis year&#39;s class of fellows have spent their careers at local resea
 rch institutions including the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics La
 boratory\, NIST\, the University of Maryland\, George Washington Universit
 y\, and Virginia Tech. This class of fellows have contributed to a broad r
 ange of disciplines including cloud computing\, power electronics\, comput
 er vision\, and metrology. All IEEE members in our sections are welcome to
  attend this celebratory dinner to honor the recent class of fellows which
  will include a seminar on the fellows&#39; fields of expertise.\n\nThroughout
  the seminar\, members will learn about the fellows&#39; unique contributions 
 to Science and Engineering through a series of technical talks. The 2026 c
 lass of fellows will present these technical talks on their career contrib
 utions during a multiple course dinner followed by a social hour with the 
 fellows. Our fellows&#39; diverse contributions promise to provide an entertai
 ning evening for anyone interested in Science and research conducted by lo
 cal IEEE members and for any member who aspires to become a fellow themsel
 ves.\n\nSeating at the event the event will be limited\, so please registe
