The proposal is to invite young women who previously participated in IEEE Women in Engineering initiatives at UFCG to share how this experi ence influenced their academic paths\, professional opportunities\, and le adership development. This session will also aim to inspire and encourage more women and students to explore\, enter\, and remain in careers in scie nce\, technology\, engineering\, and mathematics.\n\nOn July 7\, we will h old technical talks and an Arduino workshop\, focused on introducing young women students to technology\, programming\, and electronic prototyping. The activity will be led by women role models and leaders\, who will share their knowledge in a practical and accessible way.
