  their travel expenses should be covered by their respective OU.\n\nAccomm
 odation Support\n\nAccommodation support may be considered for participant
 s travelling long distances (typically more than two hours by car) or wher
 e suitable public transportation options are unavailable.\n\nReimbursement
  Rules\n\n- Whenever possible\, please use public transportation or share 
 travel with colleagues.\n- For travel by personal car\, no invoice is requ
 ired\; please indicate the total number of kilometres travelled.\n- For al
